Because these are personal care items
Our packages include lip gloss, hand cream, face masks and other personal care products. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on packages that have been opened or used, or because of a change of mind after delivery.
If something is wrong with your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if:
- an item is damaged, leaking or broken on arrival,
- an item listed for your package is missing, or
- you received a different package from the one you ordered.
Send us a few clear photos of the package and the item on WhatsApp or by phone on 0769 157 154, together with your name and order details. Once we have reviewed it, we will offer a replacement of the affected item or a refund for it.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other Kenyan law, including your right to goods that match their description and are of acceptable quality.
Small differences between items
Many of our items are chosen in small batches, so the colour or design of things like hair clips, scrunchies and containers can differ slightly from the photos on the website. This is not a fault and is not a reason for a refund.
Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your package has not been prepared or sent out yet, we will cancel it and refund any payment we have already verified. Once a package has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back by M-Pesa to the phone number you give us, usually within a few working days of approval. We will confirm the amount and the number with you before sending.
