About these terms
By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. We sell curated selfcare packages to customers in Kenya. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Our packages
Each package is made up of the items listed on its page. We take care to show our products accurately, but colours, designs and small details can vary slightly from the photos. Packages are prepared in limited quantities, so availability can change.
Prices
All prices are in Kenyan shillings (KSh). Delivery charges are not included in the package price. They depend on where you are and are confirmed with you before the final amount is collected.
Placing an order and paying
We accept payment through Pochi la Biashara. After you place your order on the website, you send the exact amount to our Pochi la Biashara number (0769 157 154) using M-Pesa, then submit the M-Pesa transaction reference on the confirmation page.
- Please check the recipient details before you send money.
- Submitting a transaction reference does not prove payment. Your order stays pending until we have confirmed that the money was received.
- We prepare and send your package only after your payment has been verified.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a package is out of stock or we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Delivery and collection
We deliver orders to the address you provide. We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge and the delivery time before sending your package. Please make sure the phone number and address you give us are correct and that someone can receive the package.
Delivery through Pickup Mtaani
We send your package through Pickup Mtaani, an independent delivery service. When you place your order you choose whether it should travel by motorbike or by car. Once we hand your package to Pickup Mtaani, delivery times depend on them, and we will keep you informed. Please keep your phone on so they can reach you, and make sure someone can receive the package.

Our responsibility
We are responsible for the products we sell being as described and in good condition when delivered. Our personal care items are meant for normal cosmetic use. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, please check the product label before use and stop using any item that irritates your skin. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, and nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies to orders placed after the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
